Waitlist sign-up. When you join the waitlist we process your first name, last name, email address and, if provided, your message. We use this to manage the early-access waitlist, assign your seat and email you about the launch and your Pro offer. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Server/technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical data (e.g. IP address, browser/user-agent, time of request) to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We use the following processors under data-processing agreements:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, the waitlist Worker and database (D1).
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — sending the confirmation and notification emails.

This may involve a transfer to the USA, safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not run third-party analytics or set marketing cookies.

We keep your sign-up data until the launch and a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe — whichever is earlier.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
