Frequently asked

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to view, change or cancel.

How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or email us at [email protected]. See our App Privacy Policy for details.

The app can't record laps — what should I check?
Make sure location access is enabled in iOS Settings → VlastLap → Location and that you have a clear view of the sky for a good GPS signal.
